Like to jump? Pole vaulting needs you! The NHS track pole vaulting team is looking for both male and female athletes to join. Coached by champion pole vaulter, Nathaniel Bogan, the team has raised the bar in the last few years!

Pole vault schedule

Jumpers compete on a slightly different schedule than the rest of the track team, participating in additional meets. Pole vaulting in available in the winter and spring seasons.

Confirmed Meets 2023

Tuesday 4/11.  Natick Invitational at Natick.  May be rescheduled to a different day if weather dictates.  Open to ALL Natick vaulters and specific schools that don’t have their own facilities will also be invited.

Tuesday 4/24.  Make It Happen Meet at Natick.  May be rescheduled to a different day if weather dictates.  Open to ALL Natick Vaulters and specific schools that don’t have their own facilities will also be invited.

Sun 4/30.  D2 Relays at Lincoln-Sudbury.  Pole vault integrated with rest of meet (which is more fun but also a little crazy for those doing multiple events!)  Opening heights 6’ g / 7’6” b.  Hope is to enter one boys team (3 vaulters) and two girls teams (6 vaulters).

Sat 5/6.  Weston Twilight at Weston.  Accepts to the top 20 vaulters of each gender, but typically get in with 8’ g / 10’ b.

Thu 5/11.  Coach’s Twilight Invitational, PV Portion at Natick.  Opening heights will be 7’ g / 8’6” b.
